Broker Member – Any person who at the time of the application for membership is licensed by the State Department of Real Estate as a real estate broker. They are actively engaged in the real estate business as the designated or employing broker of such business.

Salesperson Member – Any person who at the time of the application for membership is licensed by the State Department of Real Estate as a real estate salesperson and is employed by a broker.

Affiliate Member – Any person who is in a real estate-related profession, occupation, or trade.

General Member – Any person who supports the mission of the organization and wants to actively assist in achieving those goals. A General Member has the same voting rights as other members but may not hold the office of President, Vice-President, Second Vice-President, or President-elect.
